Privacy

Chicklee does not collect your files, app usage or diagnostics. Files you choose move between your Android phone and Mac, not through a Chicklee server.

In the apps

The apps create transfer information on your devices; they do not send it to us. They periodically clean up temporary data, while saved files and some local records may remain until you remove them. Uninstalling may leave files or local keys behind. You can revoke file access in your device settings; we cannot delete anything from your devices remotely. Apple handles Mac purchases, so we do not receive your payment-card details. Files in your own cloud services follow those services' settings.

On this website

We have no visitor accounts, forms or site analytics. Our host receives ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, to serve the site and may keep technical logs under its usual retention practices. Playing the video loads YouTube, which handles playback under its own privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you email support@chicklee.app, we receive your address, message and any attachments you choose to send. Chicklee's owner handles support mail personally, and our email providers deliver and store it. We use it to reply, then remove it from our mailbox when the conversation is finished, unless law requires otherwise. Provider backups follow their own deletion schedules. You can ask us to delete your correspondence sooner. The Mac app can prepare a support summary for you to review; it sends nothing automatically.
